This directory contains materials to replicate results in

To replicate results, compile the ./Codes/transitionMMP.f90 code 
(see the compile statement in file ./Codes/comp for an example 
using 30 processors).  The matlab codes can be used to post-process
and generate statistics reported in the paper.
