This directory contains data files for:

Data on gross outputs is at an annual frequency prior
to 2005. The matlab file mleinputs.m has been run repeatedly
to construct quarterly forecasts for these data (which
are stored in fillqtr1.out and fillqtr2.out). The file
groutput.m loads in outputs from mleinputs.m to generate
the linearly detrended gross outputs for  MLE estimation.
