This directory contains the main files for the paper/appendix:

The subdirectories are

  ../codes   Computer codes and data for the 2-country and I-country model
  ../tex     TeX and PDF files for the paper and appendix

To replicate the 2-country results in the paper (Figures 1-5), go 
to ./codes/2country and follow directions in the README file.  To 
replicate the 104-country results in the paper (Figures 6-9), go 
to ./codes/Icountry/fortran/results and run makegraphs.m in Matlab.
this file loads in the output file in ./codes/Icountry/fortran/104country.  
To modify the economy and create your own output file, go to directory
./codes/Icountry/104country and follow directions in the README file.
Counterfactual results (shown in Figures 10-11) and sensitivity results 
(discussed in Staff Report 455) can also be found in that directory.
