This subdirectory has all data files used in

     Taxes, Regulations, and the Value of US and UK Corporations,
     by Ellen McGrattan and Ed Prescott

The Matlab files generate the tables and figures in the paper.
The corresponding files with .eps or .out extensions are the 
results.  The raw US data are in ./us and the raw UK data are 
in ./uk.  There are also subdirectories with some intermediate 
results discussed in our data appendix.
